Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been confirmed and production has begun.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, measurement errors, or project changes.
Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of confirmation without penalty.

After 48 hours, cancellations may be subject to production or administrative fees, or may not be possible if materials have already been ordered.
Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers must provide photos and a written description of the issue.

Once verified, we will:

Repair or replace the affected product, or
-
Issue a credit or refund at our discretion.

Shipping Damage

All shipments are insured. If damage occurs during transit:

Please note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

Report the issue to Elf Construction Ltd within 48 hours with supporting documentation.

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may void eligibility for refund or replacement.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
