Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been confirmed and production has begun.

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, measurement errors, or project changes.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of confirmation without penalty.

  • After 48 hours, cancellations may be subject to production or administrative fees, or may not be possible if materials have already been ordered.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Customers must provide photos and a written description of the issue.

  • Once verified, we will:

    • Repair or replace the affected product, or

    • Issue a credit or refund at our discretion.

 

Shipping Damage

  • All shipments are insured. If damage occurs during transit:

    • Please note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

    • Report the issue to Elf Construction Ltd within 48 hours with supporting documentation.

  • Failure to report damage within this timeframe may void eligibility for refund or replacement.

 

Non-Returnable Items

​

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-made or special-order products

  • Products altered, installed, or used after delivery

  • Clearance or final-sale items

 

Refund Processing

​

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
