These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all sales and services provided by Elf Construction Ltd (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted on our website.

We specialize in windows and doors originating from Canada and Europe.
Product specifications, finishes, and availability are subject to change without notice.
Images on our website are for illustrative purposes only; actual products may vary slightly.

All orders must be paid in full or as per the agreed payment schedule before production or shipping begins.
We accept major payment methods (credit card, bank transfer, cheque, or as otherwise agreed).
Orders are considered final once confirmed. Cancellations may be subject to fees depending on production stage.

Shipping is available across Canada and the USA.
Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring site accessibility.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once products are delivered and signed for.

For products imported from Europe, customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, and brokerage charges unless otherwise stated in writing.
Canadian sales are subject to applicable federal and provincial taxes.
U.S. customers are responsible for any state sales tax, duties, or related fees.

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
Returns are not accepted unless the product is defective or delivered incorrectly.
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, supported by photographs.

Products include manufacturer warranties where applicable. Warranty details vary depending on whether the product originates in Canada or Europe.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not include damages caused by:
- Improper installation
- Misuse or negligence
- Normal wear and tear
- Environmental factors (weather, moisture, etc.)
Installation warranty (if provided by Elf Construction Ltd) will be outlined in the customer’s contract.

Elf Construction Ltd is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
Our liability is limited to the replacement or repair of defective products, or refund of the purchase price, at our discretion.

All website content, including text, images, and designs, is the property of Elf Construction Ltd and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada (for Canadian customers) and applicable U.S. federal/state laws (for U.S. customers).
Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where the purchase was made.
